Looking at positionality

So Esther asked for help writing a positionality statement, which I hadn't heard of before, and now I'm taking a look at what that's about. Searching the Web got "Researcher Positionality - A Consideration of Its Influence and Place in Qualitative Research - A New Researcher Guide," which seems to be a pretty comprehensive look at the entire topic, and begins by relating them back to reflexivity statements, which I am (recently) familiar with. It definitely focuses on ethnography, but its look at emic and etic ontology is what makes me think it's a useful piece.
