Deontology isn't universal
I wish I had my old commentary on it so I could demonstrate that I've been saying this for a while, but I want to re-emphasize something I believe, while so many people are talking about the 2021 Hedge Fund Contraction:
Deontology is not universal.
This means: "Too many of you think the rules of your moral system matter more than the effect of acts taken in the material world."
For example, if you think that paying your taxes while you offer a critical Lefitst perspective is more moral than gambling against capitalists while thinking like a consumer.
