emsenn's notes
My name is emsenn, and these are my notes: a collection of definitions, references, and communications. They were created through my experiences with decolonizing and finding indigigeneity within the contemporary settler-colonial kyriarchy.
I'm 30 years-old, Itázipčo of the Lakota, queer, and I have permanent health issues. I was raised on the unceded traditional territory of the Shawnee, Miami, and Wyandotte Nations, among others, and live now on the unceded traditional territory of the Shakori-Eno people, alongside Indigenous people from many Nations, tribes, and bands, as well as people brought here through diaspora, displacement, and settler-colonization.
In my life, I've developed skills in land stewardship, and urban direct action. Everything I care was taught to me through the hard work of others, especially Black and Indigenous women, who have maintained sacred stories for generations, through many atrocities of genocide.
I'm sharing these notes to share those stories and what I learned from them with others. I trust this will cultivate a world of abundance and trust. Please recognize, what is written here is one person, wanting to communicate with others.
There are currently 466
notes total, with a total of 32615
words. To help folk find their way, there are a few notes I want to highlight:
- An index of daily notes, which are highlighted changes within the notes.
- A complete index that links together the definitions, references, and communications.
